If you have black box color and would like to lift it to any other color, it's going to have to be globally lightened first. That makes this a double process, which is like getting your hair done twice in one sitting. If you want blonde coming from black box, it will take multiple (3 or more) sessions. It will be a long journey, this process can make the hair super fragile. Not everyone is a candidate for blonde after black color.
